1. Service Agreement

HighSoftware99 provides search engine optimization services as described on seo-byhighsoftware99.com and in individual service proposals. Engagement begins upon written acceptance of a service proposal by the client. HighSoftware99 delivers all services according to the timelines, deliverables, and performance benchmarks specified in the accepted proposal.

2. Payment Terms

HighSoftware99 invoices clients on a monthly basis at the beginning of each service period. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. HighSoftware99 reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 60 days. All pricing is published in US dollars on seo-byhighsoftware99.com/pricing.html.

3. Intellectual Property

Content, code, and technical implementations created by HighSoftware99 for a client engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. HighSoftware99 retains the right to use anonymized case study data for portfolio and marketing purposes. HighSoftware99 methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools — including Instant Appear by SEO by HighSoftware99 — remain the intellectual property of HighSoftware99.

4. Confidentiality

HighSoftware99 maintains strict confidentiality of all client data, analytics, and business information shared during service engagements. Client data is not shared with third parties except as required for service delivery (e.g., Google Business Profile verification, citation directory submissions). HighSoftware99 retains client data for 24 months after engagement termination, after which all data is permanently deleted.

5. Limitation of Liability

HighSoftware99's total liability for any claims arising from service delivery is limited to the total fees paid by the client during the 12-month period preceding the claim. HighSoftware99 does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. SEO results depend on factors outside HighSoftware99's control including Google algorithm updates, competitor actions, and client website changes.

6. Termination

Either party terminates the service agreement with 30 days written notice. HighSoftware99 delivers all completed work and documentation upon termination. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered through the termination effective date.
